"Seriously crushable. Brut, tangy, taut. Not overly fruity, but there's a nice crisp green apple thing going on, and the lovely, finely beaded bubble that comes with using the Charmat method. One of our Fleurieu favourites, this is the minerally, uber-refreshing palate pleaser we want on hand, chilled down, and ready to pop at the drop of a hat."
