Each batch is brewed identically with a simple malt bill of pale malt, oats and wheat from respective local producers, then fermented with a local hazy IPA strain. In the glass it’s pouring a beautiful opaque, juicy haze. On the nose it’s big intense hits of overripe pineapple, fleshy citrus and a fresh kick of passionfruit. Take a swig and you’ll be greeted with those same vibrant flavours, with a beautiful sherbet, pink grapefruit citrus cutting through. The body is full and creamy with a crisp dryness on the backend.
