Our sixth Summer Flowers release, how time flies! This year's release see's this vermouth grow up a touch,
Having turned down the sweetness and turned up the bitterness slightly. We have used the same proven combo of 14 different flowers including elderflower, mangold, jasmine and chamomile - all farmed organically or picked in the wild. Infusions of yellow peach, nectarine and two kinds of wormwood are blended into our Moscato base wine farmed n nonth-eastern Victoria. Sweetened lightly and aged resting on yet more fresh flowers.
The seasonal vermouths from Dave Verheul's 'Saison' range need no introduction. Dave has been hand-making his fine, gastronomic vermouths for a few years now - initially in the kitchen of his Melbourne restaurant Embla, and more recently in his own vermouthery.
