Spon has taken a hands-off approach to the curation of its daily wine list. Aside from a couple of red and white selected by an in-house sommelier, customers have free rein to choose a bottle from the retail section, then give it to the bartender to open as one of the by-the-glass options. You will be able to pour cool, rare and exciting wines that that wouldn't normally make it on by-the-glass lists in your standard bars or restaurants, like those by esteemed Jura winemaker Jean-Francois Ganevat but with plenty of fresh, fun and drinkable options at an affordable price.

To pair with your drops, Spon has snacks on offer. Expect to find things like charcuterie and cheese boards, mediterranean hummus platter, tinned fish, potato chips, assorted sourdoughs with butter, and more.
