Philippe Chatillon, artisan winemaker, was the manager of the Domaine de la Pinte in Arbois for 18 years. When he returned to the Jura in January 2013, he decided to create his own domain. Philippe Chatillon works his wines in bio-harmony . According to him, the vibration of sound is important because it helps to balance the wines in the cellar . He uses a crystal harp and singing bowls to harmonize the wines. This brings an energy, the search for harmony. There is no filtration or fining, he bottles the wine by gravity.
