Establishing their winery in 1997, working organically from the start, biodynamically from 2003 and without the use of sulphur since 2007, Joan also co-founded the BRUTAL!!! label. This is equal parts sumoll and merlot, aged in large format, old Spanish clay amphora. Wild.
