After spending over a decade training horses to work in vineyards across France, Vouvray native Alexandre came back to the Loire in search of his own vineyard. He now farms three hectares of chenin blanc and gamay without any technology, only horse and plough. | Semi-carbonic, tank fermented and sent to barrel for six months élevage to undergo malo. Light in body yet quite dark fruited, lots of blackberry, blueberry, sour cherry and forest floor. Opens up with some air, give it time.
