From Jeanne's 0.8ha 'La Grande Côte' vineyard in Molesme, 100% Pinot Noir planted on red marl fermented naturally and bottled with no dosage, 18-24 months elevage.

Domaine Dame Jeanne was created in 2017 after Jeanne Piollot finished her viticultural studies. This new domaine allows Jeanne to express herself after growing up working with her parents at two Champagne estates: Piollot (her father’s side), and Marie Courtin (her mother’s family vineyards). Based in Molesme, Châtillonnais, Jeanne and her partner Gennaro de Miccoli grow Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay on red marl soil. They practise organic farming, no chemicals, a light tillage, green pruning and a lot of passion. They follow a natural approach in the cellar with gentle extraction and minimal use of sulphur resulting in thrilling northern burgundian still wines and some very serious sparkling.
