100% Altesse, also known as Roussette de Savoie, from a relatively young vineyard at 450m above sea level. Hand harvested, on skins for one month, naturally fermented over four. Named after the Grandes Jorasses mountain, one of the highest peaks in the Alps bordering France and Italy. Zero sulphur.
