Chardonnay (70%) and Savagnin (30%) aged separately in oak barrels and blended before bottling. Consistently very good and representative of Côtes du Jura sous voile. Nut husk, preserved lemon, dried fruits and earth with saline tang, drive and length on the palate.

Being a former employee of the Jura body (SVJ) Société de Viticulture du Jura for 10 years, Frédéric Lambert knows the region, soils and vines of the Jura very well. He started buying vineyards around Toulouse-le-Château in 1993 and later set up his own Domaine in 2003. Organic practices have been implemented from the start and he has been tending and planting that way since the beginning as he believes chemicals “massacre the soil!”
