"Oh my gosh....this is one of our new favourite wines. The '19 Rosa Bul is right up there with the most enjoyable bottles I've had in the last 12 months. This is close to dry, and offers almost everything I want in sparkling wine. It's more mineral than ever, has more breadth than the excellent 2017 and is seriously complex thanks to the 12.5% abv.
