100% muscat. 80% whole berry destemmed over 20% uncrushed whole bunches. Eight months on skins before pressing to a single apple wood smoked François Frères puncheon. Three months elevage on full solids with monthly "CO2 battonage". Sans sulphur. 666 bottles produced. Open your mind.
