2020 Château Acid Chardonnay

Charlie and Simon started Château Acid in 2017 with a tiny run of 650 bottles. Lucky for us, they make a little more now. Zero adds natty from the Central Ranges. Always on point. We're big fans. 

"Chardonnay in 2020 was made using 3 barriques. After direct pressing, we filled 3 barrels. Over the course of the next 12 months, we topped two of the barrels and left one untopped. The result is an abundance in texture, with an oiliness on the palate. A delicate acidity with oxidative character, lemon pith and pears."
