100% catarratto, a varietal native to the island. Wild ferment with a little skin contact to build texture. Lemon pith, grapefruit, tropical fruits and a saline minerality. Undeniably fresh with zippy acidity. Unfined, unfiltered. A wine for all occasions.
The Vesco family tend over 100 hectares of certified organic vineyards planted on the hills above Alcamo, northwest Sicily. The vines are planted south-east facing on gentle slopes of sandy soil up to 300m above sea level.
