A blend of jacquère and altesse, rich and textural with mountain freshness. Lemon curd, white flowers, fleshy peach and the crunch of a Granny Smith. Quite mineral too. Ethereal, pure and pristine.

Adrien Berlioz took over the family estate in 2006 with just two hectares in Chignin at 390m above sea level. Planted on the foothills of the Bauges massif, Adrien has grown his domaine to five hectares of certified biodynamic vines planted to native Savoie varieties. The vineyards are extremely steep, some up to 50% inclination, so everything is tended to by horse rather than tractor. Pristine mountain wines that speak of place. A highly sought-after producer on the rise.
