Fabio Gea DNA’s is dominant Nebbiolo with some barbera and something else from the Barbaresco area of Piedmont, Northwestern Italy. The name of this wine is referencing the DNA of the area where Nebbiolo was often blended with Barbera and others.
"Fabio Gea is a young winemaker whose grandfather bequeathed him a few tiny plots around the Bricco in Barbaresco. The former geologist makes such little wine, his vineyard being less than one hectare, he is able to hand number each bottle with a pen. His wines are unknown to the point that Googling one returns almost no results."
