From vines in Toulouse-le-Château. Manuel harvest and sorted in the vines. Full destem and into stainless steel fermenters with upbringing in old and new Burgundy barrels.

Dark cherries, stem and undergrowth with good concentration. Smoked meats and roses with very balanced acidity and good grip carrying all the flavours. Enjoyable drinking!

Being a former employee of the Jura body (SVJ) Société de Viticulture du Jura for 10 years, Frédéric Lambert knows the region, soils and vines of the Jura very well. He started buying vineyards around Toulouse-le-Château in 1993 and later set up his own Domaine in 2003. Organic practices have been implemented from the start and he has been tending and planting that way since the beginning as he believes chemicals “massacre the soil!”
