"Fruit from unpruned vines, wild grown, Basket Range, Adelaide Hills - organic (not certified). Picked with friends and family from an abandoned vineyard, it was stolen fruit essentially! A one off wine, never to be repeated haha. Bottled early 2021. No added sulphur." - Simon
After years of working with the legendary Tim and Monique at Manon, Simon now makes his own wine out of the same shed as the wonderful Travis Tausend. Legends left, right and centre, really. Organic fruit, zero adds, pure and ethereal wines. A winemaker to watch!
