Description
Alex Craighead has one of the oldest organic vineyards in New Zealand. Regenerative farming, organic composts made from marc, straw and foraged seaweed, solar power, captured rainwater, zero chemicals, Alex basically wrote the book on organics and sustainability. Makes seriously good wine, too.
Sauv blanc, riesling, chardonnay, gris, gewürz, pinot noir and syrah, a proper field blend. Co-fermented in two lots, assembled prior to completion of primary ferment, aged in amphora and stainless. Zero sulphur.
