A blend of four of the five grapes Sam farms. Hand harvested, destemmed and not crushed. Hand plunged and gravity siphoned. Zero adds. Sour cherry and rhubarb with a squeeze of blood orange and brisk acidity. Herbaceous with a wild side. Chuck it in the fridge.
