75% sauvignon blanc on skins for 16 days, 25% pinot gris on skins for two weeks, wild ferment without adjustments. Pressed and blended to stainless, rested on lees for five months. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulphur at bottling. Juicy, textural and refreshing. Tropical in the best possible way. Good times guaranteed.
