Fruit coming from Dr Steve in Balnarring beautiful fruit here (MV6) in transition to organic. All destemmed, wildly fermented and plugged daily for almost 3 weeks pressed to old puncheon and barriques. Unfined, unfiltered and only a touch of sulphur at bottling.
Oscar Hermann cut his teeth at Melbourne's City Wine Shop before quickly establishing himself as a highly regarded winemaker in his own right. His wines are detailed, precise and truly speak of place, showcasing the vineyards from which he carefully sources his fruit, as well as a vineyard he recently leased in St Andrew with vines dating back to 1995.
