2021 Combes Tension Pét-Nat

Oscar Hermann cut his teeth at Melbourne's City Wine Shop before quickly establishing himself as a highly regarded winemaker in his own right. His wines are detailed, precise and truly speak of place, showcasing the vineyards from which he carefully sources his fruit, as well as a vineyard he recently leased in St Andrew with vines dating back to 1995. 

Fruit from Oscar's home vineyard in St Andrews - yes! Whole bunch pressed and fermented in old barriques for maximum texture. Pithy, juicy citrus with mineral drive, a little saline and herbal with zippy acidity. This punches well above its weight. Impressive! Zero sulphur, too.
