A super limited release from industry favourites Joshua Cooper and Seb Crowther. Henty fruit, just near Crawford River, taken up to Macedon at the Cobaw Ridge winery. Gently foot crushed by Seb himself, pressed into stainless to rough settle overnight before being transferred to old wooden barrels for fermentation. 18 months in one of Josh's five year old chardonnay barrels where it reached full malo.
