"23, 30 year old, bush vines a top the Clarendon Ridge. A trial plantation of 13 varieties + a few buckets of it's neighboring Ralph's Grenache. Darker than previous years as we added 10 buckets of Grenache not 5 like last year. Whole bunch fermentation, pressed to tank. Musk sticks, squelchy mouthfeel, magic."
