"Finally we have found a great new grower to work with Jim Zerella (consulted by Dave Gartelman). This block of Grenache is in the foothills of Willunga in rich, red clay interspersed with loads of broken rock. Fermented to dry on skins to provide a skinny base to work upon. Topped with pressings of our other Grenache vineyards which add flavour, complexity and beguiling aromas."
