The Lambrusco enjoyed a whole bunch ferment for 14 days, before it was basket pressed to stainless steel tanks for maturation. The result is a soft, and juicy pour, and some subtle tannin to take you through to a more-ish acidity. Orange, bright cherries, violets. Organic fruit, zero sulphur. Drink in/out of the fridge with good company.
