Sourced from different parcels including a portion from the granite plateau of Rebbuhl lieu-dit. Directly pressed, elevage in old foudre. Citrus zip with florals, expressive. Lime and soft talc. Citrus pith and zest weave in and out, the palate is glorious. Crisp and long. A wine of purity and freshness.

In the village of Mittelbergheim, 20 minutes south of Strasbourg you will find 20 winemaking families, from a population of less than 1000 people. The vast majority farm organically and biodynamicly, a community of the Alsacian "Less is more movement". Andre Kleinknecht was the first to adopt this methodology back in 1998, with guidance from Jean-Pierre Frick and Patrick Meyer. He converted from organic to Biodynamic in 2012 and was certified by Demeter in 2014.
