"Meet LEEONA, our first collaborative wine making project with a small producer in Italy. It all started in a chance meeting with an organic grower in Tuscany, who unexpectedly had some incredible parcels of white varietals - Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia - that are organically grown and certified. We undertook a small trial, individually fermenting these varietals with around 20 days of skin contact. Fine tuning the right blend yielded very pleasing results and so LEEONA was born!" - Michael
