The Pet Nat 2021 vintage by Fred Loimer is a blend of Muscatel and Veltliner. A really successful summer sparkling wine with a delicate floral fragrance, green gooseberries, lime zest, completely dry and equipped with a lot of freshness and good acidity, no kitsch, but pure drinking pleasure with a fine perlage and a solid - very natural - yeast texture. 

"Muskateller and gruner veltliner, in a pet nat style, spent six months sitting on lees. Naturally sparkling. Fragrant wine, sweet stone fruits, some lemon curd characters, these things echo between bouquet and palate. Frothy bubbles, nice crunch to acidity, vibrant and clean style.
