Maxime-François Laurent is the son of Michèle Aubery-Laurent (Domaine Gramenon). Much like the Gramenon wines, they are farmed biodynamically, no chemical intervention, fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered and only minimal sulphur at bottling. This is 70% grenache and 30% syrah. Powerful and juicy. It's thirsty time.
