"We Wish You is the inaugural release of the shobbrook - jauma colab. Tom and James, both pioneers of Australia's natural wine scene have been working together for over a decade. As lives get busier with growing families, farms and vines, We Wish You gives these two friends a great excuse to hang out regularly :) Each year our wish to you will change. 2021 we wish you Harmony. Harmony is a blend of shobbrook poolside style shiraz and jauma carbonic grenache and cabernet realising in a wine that's fresh, full of fun fruits and very moreish. Stays open on the bench happily a few days. Each vintage our wine will evolve and change. We look forward to sharing this dream with you."
