100% Verdelho from certified BD block in Mclaren Flat. Skin fermented for about 14 days and then pressed to a large stand up foudre. Aged on fine lees until 3 months before bottling. BOEM, coming in hot!!! bright, lifted, everything verdelho can bring to the table, soft white fruit components. Who doesn’t want to see Ali G next to them at the stoplights in his fully hectic Renault Clio.
