A Blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. 100% Eden Valley fruit. We vinified it in few different ways, with varying levels of skin contact to achieve more complexity and freshness in the wine. Elevage in Hogsheads and blended prior to bottling. When north meets south in glass, who doesn’t like a good mix of Loire and Bordeaux.
