A beautiful colaboration with our great friend Nick from Stoke Wines. Hand picked from a premium single vineyard in McLaren Vale, fermented in two batches with one slightly more extracted. Pressed into old french oak barrels and left on lees for 10 months before bottling. A new release, just in time for Winter, this Matro is complex with black plum and dark berry characters. A full bodied red that is perfect shared with friends.
