"Fruit coming from the Goonawarra Vineyard in Sunbury, fruit was destemmed and plunged daily. Pressed off on the 12th day as wine felt fresh light and in a good place. Moved to a combination of old punchen and barrique. No fining or filtration. 25 ppm of Sulphur added at bottling." - Oscar

Oscar Hermann cut his teeth at Melbourne's City Wine Shop before quickly establishing himself as a highly regarded winemaker in his own right. His wines are detailed, precise and truly speak of place, showcasing the vineyards from which he carefully sources his fruit, as well as a vineyard he recently leased in St Andrew with vines dating back to 1995.
