"Fruit coming from the Goonawarra Vineyard in Sunbury, fruit was destemmed and plunged daily. Pressed off on the 12th day as wine felt fresh light and in a good place. Moved to a combination of old punchen and barrique. No fining or filtration. 25 ppm of Sulphur added at bottling." - Oscar
Oscar Hermann cut his teeth at Melbourne's City Wine Shop before quickly establishing himself as a highly regarded winemaker in his own right. His wines are detailed, precise and truly speak of place, showcasing the vineyards from which he carefully sources his fruit, as well as a vineyard he recently leased in St Andrew with vines dating back to 1995.

Come curious. Leave with a new favourite.
We don’t tell you what to drink. You don’t need to know your varietals, regions or vintages, and you certainly don’t need to pretend you do. Tell us what you like, hate, what you’ve tried or curious about — we’ll take it from there. Sometimes the best bottle is the one you didn’t know you wanted.
