Good wine from our good friend Harry who you might recognise from Porcine. "Organic Shiraz grapes from Rosnay in Canowindra. One tonne handpicked, a third destemmed, then a third whole bunch and the last third destemmed on top. One week maceration in stainless steel, pressed down by hand twice a day. Basket pressed, 6 months in old oak, 6 months in bottle. Nothing added at any point. Light and juicy but with a bit of grip, tannins, tartness and acidity. 700 bottles made."
