MUCH MORE THREE DIMENSIONAL - BUSINESS UP FRONT & PARTY IN THE BACK. | 50% WHOLE BUNCH SAUVIGNON BLANC - HALF DIRECT PRESSED THEN REMAINING BUNCHES MACERATED IN THE JUICE FOR 7 DAYS + 50% DESTEMMED ZIBIBBO (RIVERLANDS) MACERATED FOR 14 DAYS. ELEVAGE SEPARATELY IN OLD OAK FOR 8 MONTHS, RACKED TOGETHER INTO STAINLESS TO SETTLE FOR 1 MONTH PRIOR TO BOTTLING. NO ADDITIONS." - thanks, Micah!
