One of our favourite wines to make and consume. It is a 50/50 mix of Pinot Gris destem 1 month maceration and a Merlot rose ferment on Sav b, Chardonnay, Verdelho skins. Lifted stone fruits, as well as lovely raspberry notes. Delicious!
