2022 Frankly, This Wine Was Made By Bob WAWA Juice

This is our play on the traditional semillon / sauvignon blanc blend from Margaret River in Western Australia (hence WAWA). 1 month destemmed macerations on both varieties here. Our attempt with this"skin contact" wine was to build texture and acid brightness, definitely not your typical skinsy! We think this is a refreshing take on a traditional blend.

Bob and son Tom grow and source their grapes in cool-climate wine growing regions of New South Wales to make natural wine in their shed in Blackheath, The Blue Mountains. Franklythiswinewasmadebybob wines are organic or biodynamic and made with humble intention. Nothing added.
