Fresh, lively and dangerously easy to drink. Expect bright citrus and stone fruit aromatics with white floral lift. There’s a lovely balance between crisp natural acidity and layered texture - thanks to lees contact, a bit of old oak, and the subtle skinsy glide from that splash of Vermentino. It’s all about vibrancy and drinkability, glass after glass, with just enough complexity to keep things interesting.
Riesling is always the heart of this blend - sourced from two standout sites west of Mount Barker that deliver that classic Great Southern purity and drive. Gewürztraminer joins the party for aromatic lift and textural depth (these are old, dry-grown vines), with a splash of Vermentino from Swinney’s vineyard adds its unique tension and glide.
