"Brilliant straw-yellow colour with green hues. This is made only in tank - pretty aromas of ripe citrus, orchard fruits and jasmine are lifted and vibrant. Juicy and seamless on the palate it is filled with white peach and tangerine flavors that show good definition and the fresh acidity gives good cut. There is a faint mineral note that is attractive and it is nicely concentrated . Lovely!" - Andrew Guard
The Domaine Lefebvre d'Anselme owned and run by Louis et Béatrice and now with Son Marin, is located in Sabran. Natural indigenous yeasts only. Fermentation and maturation in tank for the white wines and in semi buried cement tanks for the reds. A minimum of sulfur is only added to the wines at bottling.
