Apéritif time wine here; as the sun is setting or a weekend lunch-time drop. A lovely lifted, pithy, white floral aromatic reminiscent of spring-time, which is energizing on a winter's afternoon. Great nervousness on the palate; lemon, sweet pear fruit cut through with refreshing acidity and lovely balance. Cool, white, feathery milerality that we see from wine on Harcourt granite and a subtle talcy texture. It's extremely clean, easy and morish.
