Ruby red with lovely bright highlights and purple reflections. Violets, cherry blossoms, fresh raspberries and rosemary jump aromatically.
Lovely salty frame on the palate with raspberry tart inside. Really small berries with a wonderful zing of acid giving the palate to great length. The acid and the salty tannin combined are so salivating. There’s the slightest spritz too which really calls for sunshine.
