Plum, cherry cola & dried herbs. If you liked the Barbera, and you’re a fan of spicy Shiraz, then this lil number will definitely be your best friend. It’s awesome!
Tumblong hills fruit. Whole berry natural fermentation with 10% whole bunches. Basket pressed into seasoned french oak puncheons (500L) for 18 months maturation.
13.9% alc/vol, approx 8.2 std drinks.
Preservative 224 added.
No fining or filtration.
