Finding the delicate space between a light red and rose, this blend is the culmination of multiple varieties from the Adelaide Hills: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Slightly floral and pithy, sherbet and sour cherry make it eccentric. Expanded with generous texture, brought about by lees stirring. Inspired by and paired best with friends and music. Play the classic track Andreaen Sand Dunes by Drexciya. Versatile to drink chilled or keep ambient, it’s a wine created for time spent with others — lightweight, wet and fresh drinking, good for any day of the week.
