100% Shiraz sourced from the Rice's vineyard in the Grampians, Western Victoria. Planted on weathered volcanic soils to sandy and red clay loams interspersed with ironstone. Organically farmed, though not certified.

"This is 100% the first pick that we do from that cane pruned section. I find the fruit to have a chalky tannin structure to it while still having some supple red fruits, watermelon and orange blossom/amaro. This wine is meant to show the potential for low cropping shiraz rosé from a region that is less known for it's rosé production." - Alex Croker
