Notes from Sal: "Red Frogs are a delicious treat. Especially after a swimming session. This is early pickling early pressing shiraz. Breakfast wine. Not rose not red. Best served cold sitting on the grass near the sea. Organic grapes grown by Sam Statham in Canowindra, Wiradjuri Country. Basket pressed after the 6 hour drive in marrickville Gadigal Country direct to old barrels to ferment. Bottled after a while. No so2."
