Giro Ros 50%, Malvasia 30%, Prensal Blanc 20%. A portion of the Giro Ros and Malvasia had 5 days maceration. A vivid bright nose, yellows and sunny. The palate displays pomelo and lemon pith into yellow nectarines. Salty, fresh and composed. Aromatic, a fruit driven front palate with a dry savoury back. Instantly transported.

Ve d’Avior is the personal project of Cati Ribot, a third generation grape farmer, the inaugural vintage in 2019. Her families 14 hectare estate, Galmes I Ribot, is located in Santa Margalida, north east Mallorca. An island bathed in sunshine, the summers are hot, the winters mild. Fifteen kilometers from the Mediterranean sea near the Bay of Alcudia, the vineyards benefit from both the Mistral and Tramontana winds in addition to the sea breeze. The soils of Santa Margalida are iron-rich clay with a lot of calcareous rocks.
