This dry red wine displays a deep ruby hue with pronounced aromas of cherry and blackberry. The palate reveals ripe orchard fruit notes, a light body, and a soft, elegant finish that reflects the sunny vineyards and gentle climate of Bolnisi. A blend of Tavkveri, Saperavi, and Shavkapito gives the wine its distinctive character – Tavkveri adds a lively, playful structure, Shavkapito contributes smooth, rounded tannins, while Saperavi provides depth, intensity, and rich color. Made using the classic winemaking method, it offers a clean, harmonious style that beautifully expresses the natural charm of the Bolnisi terroir. Perfect with light meat dishes, grilled chicken, semi-hard cheeses, and pasta with tomato-based sauces.
